At Radius Leaders, we partner with organizations to offer customized learning and support for nurse leaders where they need it most - at the bedside. At Radius, our deep belief is that effective Nurse Leader Rounding - on staff and patients - is the foundation of nurse leaders' work AND the fix to many of their experience and engagement outcomes. By supporting frontline nurse leaders to build specific competencies and adopt best practices for teams and patients - such as Nurse Leader Rounds - in a way that actually SAVES time, they are empowered and equipped to create the outcomes you desire. Starting with workshops and training, we then "follow" nurse leaders to their practice environment to provide real-time coaching, feedback, and partnership during rounds, aimed to build nursing leadership confidence, competency, and reconnection to their purpose and passion. Our one-time training workshops or longitudinal "emerging nurse leader" programs are 100% nurse-designed and delivered, relieving the burden off your team of having to do it themselves but providing the support and learning that only a nurse can.
