We have a strong belief in people and business first, with practices and tools existing to support these. As part of our transformation work, we often help clients build internal capability to sustain any change well beyond us. We have created a range of innovative, bespoke programmes to achieve this including our well-known Jumpstart programme – an agile coach accelerator programme that spans 3 months and builds capability through hands-on mentoring. We have an excellent culture with a strong focus on individual and team growth. We have developed our own Operating Model for Radically that is based on Holacracy and Agile and through this, our team have high levels of autonomy and empowerment.
