Radical Software LLC is a UX design and full-stack development studio serving enterprise platforms and small businesses. Founded by Rory McAuliffe and Corey Simmons, we take a builder's approach to design: every interface we create, we also implement. This means our solutions account for real-world constraints and developer workflows from day one. What we build: → Enterprise platforms: Transportation management systems with CRM-style directories, configurable dashboards, complex form workflows, real-time tracking, and document generation → Data-driven applications: Role-based interfaces, reporting dashboards, secure authentication, and API integrations → Small business websites: E-commerce with online ordering, healthcare practice sites, service business websites, and SEO-optimized web presence Our stack: React, Next.js, JavaScript, Python, AWS (Amplify, Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, S3), MySQL, Figma, Tailwind CSS We maintain brand and style documentation for our projects and deliver formal design system documents when engagements require them. Two-person studio. You work directly with the people doing the work. No account managers, no layers, no handoffs. Open to contract engagements, partnerships, and interesting problems.
