Radcliffes is a strategic land and planning consultancy working with landowners across the UK. We promote land for development, securing planning permission on sites with genuine potential and partnering with landowners to realise the value in their land. Strategic land promotion is long-term work. Sites typically take several years to move through allocation, application, consent and disposal. We commit to that timescale alongside the landowner, taking on the planning risk and the cost of promotion, and sharing in the uplift when consent is achieved. Our work covers the full lifecycle of a strategic land project: site identification and appraisal, promotion agreements, local plan representations, planning applications and appeals, masterplanning, and disposal to housebuilders and developers. The team behind Radcliffes has spent the last eight years building established and award-winning planning and architecture practice and sister company, Class Q.
