Rack Solid first opened its doors in the spring of 2006 but we are hardly new to the auto roof rack specialty business. Our key partners have amassed decades of experience while previously owning and operating auto roof rack specialty stores in cities such as Boston, Denver, Portland, Toronto and Vancouver. It was somewhat by chance that everyone converged in Los Angeles/Santa Monica at the same time, but it was also obvious that the city was in need of the service and product selection that Rack Solid can provide. In June of 2010 Rack Solid opened it’s second store in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco. Rack Solid opened it’s third store in city of Berkeley in the fall of 2012. Similar to Los Angeles and San Francisco the East Bay was in need of the services Rack Solid provides. Our goal is to offer the absolute best selection of auto roof rack brands including Thule, Yakima, Whispbar, Inno, Rocky Mounts and Saris racks available in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Berkeley, California and throughout North America via www.Rack Solid.com.
