We INCREASE RESILIENCE of organisations and communities by: • assessing risks; • recommending and implementing business change and efficiencies; • developing plans and procedures to reduce and/or mitigate risk; and • training and exercising to validate and continually improve resilience. We REDUCE FLOOD RISK of communities and infrastructure by: • assessing flood risks from all sources; • recommending how to avoid, reduce and/or mitigate flood risk; and • promoting and engineering sustainable drainage and flood alleviation solutions. We are engineers, scientists and emergency planners. We put our customers at the heart of what we do; we are always accessible, easy to work with and communicate in plain English. Our customers are government agencies, local authorities, developers, industry, utilities and private home and business owners. We strive for excellent customer service with most of our work from repeat business or recommendation.
