RAAM Construction is a minority, family-owned and operated commercial construction company specializing in multi-unit housing projects up to $45MM. The company self-performs demolition, grading, foundation work, structural framing and other specialty trades; delivering cost-savings, and superior workmanship. With more than 30 years of experience, Richard and Lisa Lara founded the company in 2005 to provide a level of personal attention, care, and detail that corporate construction firms simply can’t achieve. In a perfect marriage of skill sets, Lisa oversees business operations and finances, while Richard leads construction efforts. The RAAM family includes 35 valued employees, some who have been with the company for more than 15 years.
