About R-Control SIPS: They are made with a rigid core of solid Perform Guard termite resistant EPS structurally laminated between two engineered skins of structural rated OSB. The R-Control SIP composite forms a strong beam like plate that can be made in single piece sizes up to 8' x 24'. The Perform Guard EPS cores are treated with a safe inorganic mineral that helps to resist termite infestation of the R-Control SIP. R-Control SIPs are use to build structural insulated walls, roofs, ceilings and floors. R-Control SIPs build exceptionally fast, are stronger and more durable then other building techniques and provide superior comfort and energy savings. R-Control SIPs are used to build production and custom homes, as well as light commercial buildings.
