Qvalia is a transaction infrastructure platform for Peppol e-invoicing. Enterprises, software platforms, and service providers use it to exchange, validate, and process structured business documents: invoices, credit notes, orders, catalogues, and despatch advice. Qvalia operates a certified Peppol Access Point and SMP, listed in the OpenPeppol register, with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 certified management systems. Connect through REST APIs, SFTP, ready-made ERP connectors, or the web application. Signed webhooks report status events back to your systems. Delivery models Peppol Access Point: enterprises connect ERP, finance, and procurement systems across entities and markets. Embedded Peppol: software platforms and ERP vendors add Peppol through the Partner API, with multi-tenant accounts and Peppol ID registration. White-label platform: brands and resellers offer a complete e-invoicing application under their own name. Hosted Access Point: service providers hold the Peppol Service Provider role while Qvalia runs the Access Point. Beyond document exchange, the platform covers validation against Peppol BIS and EN 16931 rules, OCR for PDF and image invoices, AP automation with approval workflows and AI-assisted posting suggestions, line-item spend analytics, and delivery over EDI, email, print, and B2C internet banks in selected markets. Qvalia is registered as a Peppol service provider in the Netherlands, listed as compliant e-invoicing software by Belgium’s FPS Finance, certified as a delivery service provider in Slovakia, and connected to Norway’s ELMA register and Finland’s ACL service.
