We design the capital structure, run competitive processes, negotiate to close, and stay on the work until funds settle. Strategic advisory is our other practice, standing alone or integrated with a transaction. We build businesses from first principles: proving demand via discreet live-market testing and translating signal into a complete go-to-market strategy.
