Founded in 1973, Esporão is today one of Portugal's most important wine and olive oil producers, while also making Sovina craft beer and offering a wide range of tourism experiences. It all began in the Alentejo region at Herdade do Esporão, where emblematic wines such as Esporão Reserva and Monte Velho are produced, as are extra virgin olive oils. In the Douro Valley, it is based at Quinta dos Murças, and in Vinho Verde it operates at Quinta do Ameal.
Esporão is dedicated to pursuing organic agriculture and enhancing sustainability while building close relationships with customers and consumers in more than 50 countries around the world.
In all three regions, Alentejo, Douro and Vinho Verde, Esporão welcomes guests, introducing them to its products with special activities, and, in the case of Herdade de Esporão, at its own restaurant, awarded both a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star.
Perfectly situated on the banks of the majestic river Douro, Quinta de la Rosa is a pioneering Single Quinta winery famed for its premium wines, ports, hotel and restaurant.

The Cortes de Cima story is an epic brought about by a sailboat on treacherous open waters, melons, dried tomatoes and of course wine. It is a story of a Danish-American couple armed with anti-convention, lack of preconceptions and a pioneering spirit. Red was planted in a land of whites and vines where planted on rugged coastal pastures. Cortes de Cima Family Vineyards is today a leading light in Portuguese wine producing wines that speak of place, passion and innovation.
