QUID Information

We launched QUID in 2018 to make the Internet a better place for buyers and sellers. By making it possible for developers and content creators to accept micropayments, fewer businesses would need to rely on online advertising, and even fewer users would have to see them. Over the past two years, we worked hard to see this vision through -- during this period we built a world-class micropayment processor and launched it in Canada and the US, and on-boarded over 1,000 merchants. Despite these successes, the volume of transactions on the QUID platform has remained low and it is no longer viable to keep the platform running. As such, QUID ceased operating on March 30, 2020.
