We help nonprofit organizations manage organizational performance by (1) ensuring a well articulated mission, (2) reviewing and refining services needed to deliver on that mission, (3) defining and collecting outcomes data that reveal whether the organization is meeting its mission, (4) creating tactical management reports that can be used to hold staff accountable for the quality of data collected, (5) developing a system for periodically taking stock of data collected and making changes to improve organizational performance. We typically implement this design using Social Solutions'​ Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) software package. We are adept in all facets of implementing the software (including migration from the legacy functions to TouchPoints), site administration, creation of comprehensive reports in ETO Results, staff training, and creation of customized on-line help manuals. We offer flat rates for our work because we believe that creating a performance management culture is a process that depends on open, ongoing dialogue, a result that is typically frustrated when services are billed by the hour.
