Quest Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a management consultancy organization with a difference. Quest’s core purpose is ‘never say no to customer and make it happen’, unless what one customer wants hurts other customers. We always give plus to customers. Our employees’s are fully empowered to say yes to customer without seeking anybody’s permission irrespective of his level in the organization. Quest is driven by its customers. In Quest, we do not do anything that does not produce a result (of + to the customers) particularly in areas like training and consultancy. We specialize exclusively in effectiveness, using energy principles that never fail to produce results: Working with organizations - mostly same materials, machinery, money and men- we facilitate dramatic improvements in the effectiveness of their use, resulting in increased throughput and turnover in any vertical - surprisingly quietly and quickly. We change the culture/ climate in organizations in surprisingly short time by simplifying complexities to improve effectiveness by re-engineering thinking processes of people. To ensure implementation and that too in an effective way, we have created and continue to create software products simply by following which effectiveness is almost assured. We do not ever create a software product that does not incorporate our unique effectiveness algorithms. We do not have an internal sales and marketing department, as our customers keep feeding us with more orders – their own and those from others they sponsor.
