Quest Society Information

Quest provides rehabilitation services to individuals with:identified psychological, social and/or behavioural challenges,developmental disabilities and/or chronic mental illness who require assistance to develop additional skills and/or improve social behavior. In addition to its residential options, Quest also provides outreach services throughout the community it serves. It partners with a range of community services to ensure education and employment opportunities for clients, as well as access to community-based support and resources. Quest is staffed by caring and knowledgeable professionals working in interdisciplinary teams. Individuals are assessed by rehabilitation teams that include a psychiatrist, psychologist, medical doctor, nurse and occupational therapist and a specific program plan is developed for each client. Staff teams work closely with clients and their families to develop program plans designed to respond to the specific needs of each individual. Plans are reviewed on an ongoing basis and revised according to changing needs.
