Quest Builders Information

Quest Builders Inc. was established in 1989, and has been providing residential and light commercial contruction services to the Southern New Jersey area for over 24 years. Over that time, the company has built more than 100 new homes. Quest is known for its quality workmanship, positive attitude, and superior customer committment. Quest Builders Inc. is owned and operated by its President Tom Petruzzi, and Vice President Tom Engel. The President of Quest Builders, Thomas A. Petruzzi, has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Villanova University (Class of 1970) and has been working in the construction industry for close to forty years. Mr. Petruzzi started as a field carpenter and progressed to all phases of home remodeling, new home construction, and real estate development. The Vice President of Quest Builders, Thomas F. Engel, has been a liscensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey since 1989. Since his start, Mr. Engel has been in the top ten percent of realtors in the production of listing and selling real estate with a local south jersey realtor. He also has an affiliation with a local mortgage company to aid Buyers in the mortgage pre-approval process. Quest operates out of the oldest builiding in the historic downtown of Marlton, New Jersey. Our beautifully rennovated office is circa 1780!
