Quercis Pharma AG is a Swiss clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing Kinisoquin for people affected by cancer-associated blood clots and sickle cell disease. Derived from a naturally occurring flavonoid, Kinisoquin is a first-in-class oral inhibitor of protein disulfide isomerase (PDI). Our lead program is a Phase 3 trial evaluating the prevention of venous thromboembolism in people with pancreatic cancer under an FDA Special Protocol Assessment. Our work is supported by published Phase 2 data in cancer and sickle cell disease.
