The March HOA Board Meeting will be held on 11 March at 6:30 in the Los Alamos Small Business Center, behind the Los Alamos Post Office. Homeowners are invited to attend. Please RSVP so we may reserve time for you to share your thoughts. The January 2020 HOA Board meeting was held on Wednesday, 8 January at 6:30PM at the Los Alamos Small Business Center. Many items were discussed, of immediate note is the need to post a link to the county trash schedule and a map to the meeting location. Other homeowner concerns and board processes were discussed, meeting minutes will be posted once approved. HOA Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month, 6:30PM, at the Los Alamos Small Business Center, behind the Los Alamos Post Office, across the street from CB Fox. The new board for 2020 consists of the following people: For any issues, complaints or to pay dues, please direct all queries to HOAMCO, Scott Curtis at SCurtis@hoamco.com With great pleasure, we announce that the Quemazon Master Homeowners Association Bylaws, Article V.1 (Meetings of Owners) and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Article VI, Section 6.03 (c) (Meetings of Members) have been amended by a vote of over 80% of all Quemazon members. The required quorum number for any Annual or Special meeting of the general membership is henceforth 15% of the members in person or by proxy. There is also the allowance for voting by absentee ballot, a requirement to comply with New Mexico law. The Quemazon Architectural Design Review Committee (ADC) has published a Consolidated Structure Design Code (CSDC) for Quemazon. This document incorporates the elements from separate, now-archived codes for Detached Residences and Attached Structures, eliminates redundancies, and makes a few minor changes.
