Queer Unity March Information

During the day-long demonstration, LGBTQ+ people across the nation (who are safely able to) will come out to the people around them, then immediately come out to the streets and march to their local government buildings. This will raise LGBTQ+ awareness and give us the media attention we desperately need to share our stories. The entire country will hear our voices and see our truths, right before the November elections. By the end of the day, every single person in the country will know at least one LGBTQ+ person, which will challenge long-held stances and influence voting decisions around LGBTQ+ legislation. Long-term, community collaboration between organizations and activists/organizers will be at an all-time high, as connections will be created through this organizing and fuel decades of progress afterward. We are trying to create the largest LGBTQ+ demonstration in history, defeat anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, and forge a better world for all of us.
