Queensland Support Services and Solutions Information

QSSS provides its In-Home and Community Access supports to people who have a physical disability from ages 10 - 100, whether they are self-funded, registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Disability Services (Qld), Continuity of Support Programme (CoS), Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) or Queensland Health. The QSSS Difference QSSS is owned and managed by people who have physical disabilities themselves, so when it comes to understanding the day-to-day realities of people with physical disabilities, we know how to "wheel the talk"! QSSS is committed to promoting self-determination of our Clients, where people have choices and as much control of their service delivery as they wish to have. Our services are transparent, flexible and negotiable; Clients are consulted and provided detailed budgetary information and advised on the status of their funding. QSSS is already providing supports to many Clients under the NDIS as well as YLYC (Your Life, Your Choice) programs. As our traditional model already fits within these models of service, it means you are provided with choice and control and therefore greater independence.
