We are an experienced team who will ensure your participation in the program is both positive and successful. Kelly Pfeffer, Senior Project Officer, has been involved in the graduate recruitment industry since 2006 when she took over the role of Graduate Coordinator for Queensland Treasury. Kelly established the Queensland Government Graduate Coordinators' Network in that same year and continues to facilitate this group in her current role. In 2011, Kelly joined the committee for the Australian Association of Graduate Employers where she contributes as one of only two Queensland representatives. Kelly uses her knowledge of the industry and her established relationships with universities to ensure that the Queensland Government ICT Career Graduate Development Program is forefront in the graduate market and that the Queensland Government is known as an employer of choice. 'My goal is to ensure that students are fully aware of their career options and can make an informed decision to join the Queensland public sector.
