The First-Year Integration Committee (FIC) is committed to helping first-year students transition into the Queen’s Commerce program. Our goal is to provide the support, services, and expertise needed to excel in and outside of Goodes Hall. We hope to be a go-to resource regarding life in Commerce, specifically in professional development, industry exploration, and mentorship. FIC is the catalyst that shows students available opportunities and helps to bridge the gap between first-year and upper-year students. Formerly Queen's University Business Engagement (QUBE), the committee was originally ratified under the Commerce Society in 2011. In 2017, QUBE was rebranded into FIC to better meet the needs of first-year students.
