A Global Physical Asset Management business that is now part of global engineering and infrastructure advisory company Aurecon. Quartile One, is as much our mission as it is our name. We help transition asset intensive industries to quartile one performance. Guided by data, we give leaders new perspective of their business, helping them better connect through powerful insight, focus on what’s actually important, and calibrate their operations for ultimate efficiency. In April 2019 Quartile One was acquired by Aurecon – a move that will see us continue our mission of helping customers reach quartile one performance by taking our work to a bigger audience. Aurecon is a global engineering and infrastructure advisory company, with approximately 7,500 people worldwide. Together with Aurecon, we will expand our successful use of data analytics and optimisation strategies in the resource sector to asset-rich businesses across new industries including water, energy, telecommunications, education, health and defence. The Quartile One business launched in early 2018, following a merger between Red Button Group and Global Technology Incubator. This collaboration began in 2009, via our work in benchmarking and comparing asset performance as part of numerous projects across the globe. As a result, we have developed the largest data-driven study of asset performance in the mining sector ever conducted. This has involved the analysis of the equivalent of 85,000 years of equipment performance and decision data covering all asset types across 21 countries, as part of more than 600 projects. By partnering with Quartile One, we become our customers competitive advantage and their leading edge.
