Quarter Century Design, LLC (QCD) is dedicated to helping our customers develop electronic products in a timely and cost effective manner. Our PCB designers have years of experience dealing with all phases for PCB Design. They are familiar with many design rules from design for manufacturing to design for high speed circuits. They are experienced working with Layouts that require Multi-Layer PCB's, Ridge, Flex, and Ridge-Flex applications. We have worked in many industries including, automotive, aerospace, consumer, instrumentation, and advanced research. This has given us a wealth of experience with the entire design through manufacturing process. With our years of experience providing PCB Design, CAM Tooling, and Engineering Support we can bring valuable time saving services and software tools to the product development team. Not only can QCD provide PCB layout services in our facility but we can also support the customer by providing in house PCB Design. This can be provided locally or nationally. We have worked with customers to solve complex interconnect solutions using Ridge and flexible circuits. Often times this allow for a cost reduction, a smaller form factor or a higher reliability product. Reverse engineering and design conversions are also done on a regular basis. Helping the customer get his product to market with a streamline development path is our goal. Due to today's down sizing in personal we are often called upon to provide services to bridge the gaps in the design and prototype process. We work with many providers across the US and abroad to help our customers achieve quality on time results in PCB Manufacturing, Electronic Assemblies, and Electronic Testing. This applies to Prototypes as well as any production level.
