The Quantum Team believes in producing Plans that are “by the people – for the people”, with informed community engagement being the basis of our projects. By informed we mean that project participants have the information necessary to provide meaningful and appropriate direction. Quantum Recreation understands that each community is unique, and as such, we approach each project by creating a team that matches the community. Each project team consists of a combination of Quantum Recreation Staff and qualified sub-consultants who were chosen to fit the needs of your project. While working on your project, we use a project management philosophy to balance quality, schedule and budget. At Quantum we believe in creating plans that are made by the community for the community.
