Quantum Polymers manufactures extruded high performance plastic stock shapes for machined parts. Our stock shapes are available in the form of rods, plates and tubular bars. Quantum’s material offerings include stock shapes of PEEK, PPS, PVDF, PEI, PPSU, PSU, PC and POMH. These materials are available in various colors and can be reinforced with fillers such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, graphite, and PTFE. Quantum’s manufacturing process and equipment are optimized for high performance materials enabling us to offer the following advantages to our customers: • Custom diameters, thicknesses and widths resulting in higher yields • Low minimum order requirements • Short delivery times for custom products, typically 2-3 weeks Quantum Polymers uses prime, virgin resins only. All of our products are accompanied by certifications including resin lot numbers and production batch numbers for full traceability.
