Quantum Manufacturing is a full-service metal fabricator in Manchester, Tennessee, building enclosures, power distribution equipment, and custom fabrications since 1965. Everything happens under one roof: laser and tube laser cutting, turret punching, press-brake forming, manual and robotic welding, powder coating, and assembly, all in one facility. Fewer handoffs means tighter control of quality and schedule from quote to delivery. We build for industries where a late or out-of-spec part is expensive, including oil and gas, power generation, data centers, and industrial OEMs. Our shop is UL 508A, UL 50, and UL 50E certified, and our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our engineering team works with yours from design through delivery, including design-for-manufacturability input to help optimize cost, so you get parts built for your application instead of an off-the-shelf part forced to fit.
