Quantum's organic land and planning pipeline has grown exponentially resulting in a number of high quality developments in our core area. Over the last few years we have invested heavily in our subject to planning pipeline business and creating the infrastructure to expand our construction arm of the company, Quantum Design & Build. As a result we have formed a number of new partnerships with housing associations to deliver homes and expand our business.
