Quantum Engineering is an AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR-registered aerospace special-process company located in Luling, Texas. We provide Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI/FPI), AWS D17.1 precision welding, surface preparation, and prime & paint services for aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing customers. Our LPI/FPI operations are supported by a NAS 410 personnel qualification program with Level III oversight, and we are preparing for Nadcap accreditation for Liquid Penetrant Inspection.
