At Quantum Controls, we design, develop, and manufacture high-quality electronic control assemblies that support a variety of industries. In 1988, we began designing and building custom electronic motor controls. Today, we still experience demand for motor controls, and have a diversified portfolio of electronic controls and product solutions for many markets. Our in-house technology is equally diverse. Our engineering staff has expertise in power conversion, plus analog and digital design, including microprocessor and DSP (Digital Signal Processors). Our production processes are state-of-the-art Surface Mount Technology (SMT), and wave solder processes, as well as PCB through-hole applications, two-sided construction, and light assembly wiring/enclosures. We serve a wide customer base, from Fortune 500 OEMs with sophisticated manufacturing specifications to start-up clients who come to us with nothing more than an idea. Our in-house staff of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers collaborate with our customers to convert their concepts into innovative control solutions. We can execute every facet of the control life cycle from idea / design to volume manufacturing.
