QUANTECH SYSTEMS, INC. (QSI), a California corporation, was established in 1983 by NF Jack Yaghoubian, as a corporate partner of the international consulting engineering firm of DAMES & MOORE. In 1984 QSI commenced its activities as a consulting engineering entity with comprehensive problem solving components, and complex multifaceted project management capabilities. Many of QSI's projects required the creation of systems and procedures. QSI continually strives to achieve the impossible through the use of innovative techniques. Included in QSI's pedigree is an intrinsic watchfulness to avoid potential technical and legal pitfalls as the project proceeds through different phases. During the process of developing unique techniques and systems, the progress of such undertakings is subject to frequent audits and evaluations, which ensure the applicability of the system for its intended purpose. In that regard, QSI employs sophisticated numerical and physical modeling techniques to successfully and confidently meet the system's objectives.
