Quantal Energy is an independent high-tech R&D group organized around improving efficiencies of existing methods of power generation and storage in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Quantal Energy is also engaged in investigating new and innovative methods of power generation from clean, universally available, inexhaustible sources. An investigation of practical application of current theory is a central part of its efforts. The research team works to contribute new insights to an evolving body of understanding through theory, computational modeling and experimentation. In addition to being dedicated to basic research, the organization mentors volunteers who participate in research teams.
