We used to think that developing software was a fun and easy process where you put a lot of time into 0 and 1, and it resulted in an assemblage of logical bits that other people could use without understanding the complexities involved. Is it really a simple boolean process of getting your software to work or not, when we think of high performance systems serving the planet? No. The answer to the problem, is just as advanced as what it is you want to create and when we think of security so much more. Competing on a world scale or a just reliable scale, has potential exposure risks related to customer satisfaction, privacy, law, quality, security, and profits. Currently we try to build initiatives to encourage secure, high quality, and fun software products, projects, and processes. However it is not an easy thing to deliver on all of these priorities (with whichever backend framework), and there are many things we can consider during the creation process, to make sure what we do is more secure and respect-worthy (FIPPA/HIPAA/PCI/PII, ITIL etc.). Whether it involves creating quality systems, designing a pleasant user experience, or ensuring peace in our software configuration existence, we work to build such enterprises. We also aim to facilitate good communication about security and protections in the process, strive to help reduce client costs, and provide as much value as possible for hours on site.
