I automate quality, complaint and document processes in manufacturing and service companies. Without replacing your ERP. I combine classic quality tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, A3, 8D, CAPA, audits) with n8n automation and AI models. The systems a company already runs, from ERP and email to spreadsheets and documents, get connected so people stop moving data between windows. What I build most often: • customer emails turned into register cases with a full data set and a confirmation • quality certificates and supplier documents read and saved against the batch, with no manual typing • response deadlines and CAPA actions tracked automatically, with escalation once overdue • management reports and Pareto charts assembled on schedule • draft 8D reports from case data, ready for the team to verify Eighteen years in manufacturing and quality: Customer Quality Manager, Global Process Owner for quality in a global Infor M3 rollout, Certified Quality Engineer.
