Quality Sailing provides consultancy and support regarding operational and legal matters to owners and operators of commercially operated traditional ships. Part of this activity is the monitoring of Port State Control performance of traditional ships. The online analytical and statistical tools we developed for this purpose (PSIPP) turned out to be a valuable tool for the regular merchant shipping industry and is now being used by a great number of interested parties (ship-/fleetowners, DPA's, class societies and maritime authorities).
