Quality Hardscapes, Inc. is a family owned and operated interlocking paver and retaining wall installation business with over ten years of experience. Our company specializes in the installation of concrete and brick pavers and retaining walls on both residential and commercial projects. We install tile, travertine and hardwoods, as well. Quality Hardscapes, Inc. is based in Bluffton, SC but we have completed projects throughout South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. How long have you all been installing pavers? A. We have been installing pavers and concrete for over ten years. We are licensed and fully insured. We are a Lowcountry Paver Certified Installer (LPCI) and also certified by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI). Q. Why should you choose a company with a certified installer? A. ICPI certified concrete paver installers are industry professionals. ICPI installers have taken classes and passed an exam. They recognize industry standards on constructing interlocking concrete pavements. You can be sure that a company with a certified installer on staff is dedicated to quality installation standards and on-going education. Q. Who will actually be installing our pavers? A. We do not subcontract our work out to other companies. We have the same crews on each job, meaning quality is consistent. Q. What will my yard look like while you are working? A. Cleanliness on-site is of high priority. Our crews know what is expected and they will maintain your property to the highest degree during installation. Q. What do I need to do before you can start working at my home? A. We require a signed contract and deposit for all customers. For Sun City Customers we provide full CAM Service, unlike the competitors. We will fill out the permit application, take the necessary photos, and file everything with the CAM office for you. Q. For how long do you guarantee your work? A. Quality Hardscapes offers a 5-year warranty on workmanship. Lowcountry Pavers has a 25-Year Guarantee on the structural integrity. Any material that proves to be defective beyond normal wear and tear will be replaced by Lowcountry Pavers.
