We build single axle and tandem box trailers, car trailers, plant machinery trailers, stock crates, aluminum canopies & canopy frames as well as repairs to existing trailers. We also specialise in custom built steel trays, 5th wheeler set ups, steel & aluminum fabrications, repairs and spare part sales. Our factories are fully equipped with all the necessary machinery and tools including both MIG and TIG welders, a 2400mm and 3000mm Guillotine, 3 x Press Brake Folders. We also have a CNC Plasma Cutter and a Multicam CNC Router. We take care of vehicle modifications that require a Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme (VASS) and provide the appropriate compliance documents. At A1 Trailers & Bairnsdale Trays & Welding we have built our business name to be synonymous with quality, custom built steel & aluminium products and specialise in one off designs. We supply & fit Flexiglass fiberglass canopies and aluminium trays as well as aluminium and steel toolboxes.
