Quality Audit Solutions Information

A management consulting group designed to support manufacturing clients in consulting, internal auditor training, gap analysis, corrective action resolution, and contracted internal audits. We work with certification bodies by providing new auditor on-boarding to the ISO 19011:2016 standards and train them to the standard by the Exemplar Global skills examination standards. The auditor is tested to the standard of their choice and recruited to contracted certification bodies looking for new auditors. The consulting of clients one on one includes assisting in unresolved quality issues, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and modification of the Quality Management System to meet standard requirements. Lastly, we have identified that clients are not able to meet their audit schedules do to lack of resources or training. We provide annually internal audits to clients who want to outsource this requirement.
