Our story is unique; an independent management consultancy that reinvented itself to also offer market research – offering the best of both worlds to our clients by bridging the gap between brand, innovation and insight. We describe what we do as Customer Consultancy, helping brands build deep understanding of their contexts and audiences, as the evidence and underpinning for transformative ideas and strategies. We are independent not just in ownership but in spirit too, made up of strategists, analysts, anthropologists, behavioural scientists, and researchers.
