Qtus European headquarter is located in Utrecht , the Netherlands , where a global innovation and research team is gathered here and covers the entire European market . The second operation center is located in K ö ln , Germany . As the " Head " of Qtus branding global operation system , the Asian headquarter in Shanghai , China co-ordinates the three major global operation centers and covers the Asian and Australian markets at the same time .
