QS2000 and its subsidiaries are in the consulting business of developing MS (Management Systems) since 1995. However, the team members at QS2000 headed by Anurag Hari Saxena have been involved in developing Management Systems in Australia leading to certification of ISO 9001 since 1990. Anurag Hari Saxena is a lead assessor of ISO9000 management system since 1994 and lead assessor of ISO27001 information security management system since 2010 and has led several companies in implementing management systems certified to ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, ISO20000, ISO27001, OHS AS 18001, FSC and PEFC standards. QS2000 takes pride in developing simple but effective management system suitable to the size/ operation of the organisation and with minimum unwanted overheads. We work closely with the functional managers and teams to understand current process and refine the same to comply with the business and complying standards' requirements. We develop new processes to meet the requirements where gaps are identified during assessment with the team and suggest best practice models where appropriate and applicable. We work in collaboration with your team to implement the developed management system and plan audits to fine tune the system. We co-ordinate the reviews and assist the management in addressing deficiencies identified in the management system or its effective implementation. We also work with the management in setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timeframe for achieving) objectives for the business and measuring/monitoring the actual performance against set objectives. We work with organisations until the certification to ISO9001 is achieved and thereafter if requested assist in maintaining the certification and continuously improving the management system and related business processes.
