QC Plastics is a family-owned-and-operated plastic fabrication company in Independence, IA. Since 1972, we have been creating outstanding custom parts using vacuum thermoforming as well as CNC mills, lathes, and routers. We offer heat bending, drape forming, and light assembly services. Our experienced team can assist with your manufacturing project from the designing and prototyping phases all the way through production with quick response times. We work with a wide variety of materials, such as ABS, acetal, Delrin, HDPE, nylon, UHMW, acrylic, polycarbonate, urethane foam, PETG, PP, PEEK, TPE, urethane, silicone, rubber, Boltaron, Kydex and more.
