QBond Information

QBond is my boutique consultancy, built on decades of work and care in material and adhesion science, adhesive applications, and the systems they sit in. I work where things are stuck, strained, or quietly failing. Where materials, technologies, teams, or organisations need to change not cosmetically, but structurally. To remain relevant, resilient, and worth passing on to the next generation. That means deep technical work, but also systems thinking, honest innovation, and connecting people across disciplines, silos, and sometimes industries, both internally and externally, but only when it adds real value rather than noise. I’m not interested in “sustainability for the bottom line” or projects that treat our mutual future as a new revenue stream. I do engage when sustainability is taken seriously as a design constraint, a responsibility, and an opportunity to do things fundamentally better. Materially, technologically, and humanly. QBond exists to help companies, teams, and initiatives make real change stick. Quietly, rigorously, and with care for what comes after us.
