Q-WATT Information

As a new contributor to renewable energy, Q-WATT (established in December 2009) gathers global fuel cell manufacturers, energy, automotive and services companies to provide fuel cell power generation solutions for end users from public and private sectors. Q-WATT aims to promote fuel cells as one of the key technology solutions for sustainable energy system to address escalating energy demand in Pakistan. We believe in building long-term partnership with organisations in the fuel cell and hydrogen sector globally and to take technologies and services to market for end users. Q-WATT focuses on the following fuel cell business areas: Combined heat and power, hospitals, office buildings, hotels, combined cooling and power, UPS / backup power, telecoms, data centres, fuel cell vehicle projects, buses, delivery vehicles, waste-to-energy, waste water treatment, and food waste. Q-WATT fuel cell technology focus includes: Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM), phosphoric acid, Solid Oxide, molten carbonate, alkaline, direct methanol, hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, and refuelling.
