Q(SM) was envisioned and built from the direct need of the Anesthesiology & CRNA community for a transparent billing processes, digital charting, and central reporting without incurring a loss in revenue, or any addition in back office FTE billing. Our software coordinates the Anesthesia/CRNA/Back-office workflow for expedited billing, CPT code compliance, and CMS reporting requirements. Allowing medical billing companies, and Anesthesiology groups/practices, to avoid missing reimbursement deadlines, this being the second largest problem in Anesthesia practice revenues, following the recent cuts to Anesthesiology service prices by CMS. Our workflow application allows for Anesthesiologists, and their counterparts, to do “business as usual” while fulfilling CMS regulatory record keeping requirements and gaining transparency & consistency in their budget/billing both while maximizing Anesthesiologists’ & FTEs’ time within any given practice.
