Includes process simulations, heat and material balances, PFDs/P&IDs, developing operational philosophies and safety studies. - Mechanical Engineering: Equipment specification and sizing, static and rotating equipment design, material selection, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. - Structural Engineering: Structural design and verificaƟon including marine and offshore steel structures, with advanced FEM analysis for load cases, fatigue, and vibration conditions. - Piping Engineering: Detailed piping design including routing, isometrics, support design, and pipe stress analysis in accordance with international codes (e.g. ASME, API). - Electrical Engineering: Power distribution systems, switchgear (SWBD) design, el. load analysis, short circuit calculation, selectivity analysis, and system integration. - Instrumentation & Control (E&I): Control system design, instrumentation specification, automation architecture, and emergency shutdown (ESD) systems. - Safety & Risk Engineering: Dispersion studies, fire and explosion analysis, and design of firefighƟng and fire and gas protection systems. - Detailed Engineering & Workshop Documentation: Full set of construction drawings and fabrication-level documentation for execution and installation
