The time has come. You love editing videos, but the workload is building up and you need someone who can take a brief and run with it, without all the handholding. You’ve hired video editor in the past, but all you’ve gotten in return is slow responses, missed deadlines and arguments over “creative differences”. That’s not how I roll. I’m Paul Frew, and I’ve been a video editor the past six years for clients across Australia, the UK, the US, Canada and Europe. I know exactly what it's like to manage people when I was a contact centre manager for 13 years, so I know what makes someone a pleasure to work with (and what makes them a nightmare). What does that mean? For starters, you’ll never have to chase me for updates. I keep you in the loop at every stage of the project, with clear timelines on when you can expect drafts to hit your inbox. It doesn’t matter what timezone you’re in. I also adapt to your workflow. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with dozens of apps and platforms. If there is a system you’re comfortable with and specific processes you have in place, then I learn them inside out. You don’t have to walk on eggshells around me. I thrive on feedback and handle revisions without fuss. You can give me a detailed brief or creative freedom, and either way I’ll deliver. Whether you need a video game teaser that drives wishlists or want someone to watch your YouTube video for longer, I can help. Send me a message and I’ll get back to you the same day.
