Following two years with Ingenious Media, Parminder Vir OBE set up PVL, a media advisory service specialising in accessing multicultural markets, doing business with the growing creative and media industries in the emerging markets and raising private equity finance for feature film production. •Emerging Markets Creative Media Industries: Working with companies looking to do business with the emerging markets media and entertainment industries. The key focus of the work is to assist companies with strategic market research, develop market entry strategies, find strategic partners, help close deals and support with relationship management. Clients include: Goldcrest Films ITN Source, Orient Global, National Film Video Censors Board, Nigeria, Timbuktu Media Group. Previous clients have included Spectrum Value Partners, Ingenious Media and Carlton Television. •Multicultural Markets and Diversity working with companies and organizations to develop strategies, policies and initiatives where diversity is embraced for business advantage. PVL is currently working with Omnicom Media Group on ways in which to engage with the growing UK Ethnic consumers and their community networks.
