Putty Cakes is a specialist sugar craft retail shop in Dorking Surrey, selling everything you need to make you own amazing cake creations. The one stop cake shop! We also have a lovely conservatory, garden and coffee lounge to enjoy our delicious cakes. We sell the boards, the boxes, the icing, the ribbon and cake toppers etc. We have a classroom where we teach cake decorating such as basic icing to sugar flower masterclasses. We also do children’s birthday cupcake parties. Gavin has won 14 international awards for his cakes, 4 of which were gold awards. He is also known as the Bagman as he has made some amazing handbag cakes. We were regional finalists for London and South East in the Wedding Industry Awards 2017 and finalists in the Surrey Life Food and Drink Awards 2016 and 2017 as Independent Retailer of the Year.
