Putnam County Information

Today, the Arc of Putnam County maintains the belief that all individuals, regardless of their disability, have the right to live, work, play, and fully participate in the life of their community. The Arc of Putnam County is affiliated with The Arc of Florida and The Arc US. We are a private, not for profit agency that contracts with governmental entities and families to provide people with intellectual and developmental disabilities a variety of individually tailored living arrangements, meaningful day activities, and work/training options tailored to the unique needs of each individual. The Arc of Putnam County also has a long and distinguished history of advocacy for people with disabilities. Those efforts include involvement in the legislative process, advocacy for the unique needs of people we serve, and educating our community on the many benefits of inclusive, community-based services.
